DAG Digital Transformation Office (DTO) was started to chart the line that separates the current situation from the objective to achieve and thus boost digital transformation by leading the cultural and strategic transformation of the group.
DTO came into being to support digital transformation projects and a continuous portfolio of innovation initiatives to a greater or lesser extent but rather as a reference point in the company to implement the analytical culture and give the corresponding weight to the data, to the analysis and the group’s decision-making based on this.
The department is made of two areas:
